1. IMPORTANT NOTICE: HEALTH & WELLNESS APP

Activ-AR is a general health and wellness platform. We are not a medical service provider. We do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease, injury, or mental health condition. All content is for general wellbeing and educational purposes only.

  • Account login credentials
  • Age or date of birth (if required for eligibility)
  • User-submitted wellbeing inputs (e.g. weight, height, habits, goals, challenge participation)

  • Feature interactions

  • Device information, app version, crash logs

2.3 Health & wellness data

Where Activ-AR is accessed through an employer:

  • Employers only receive aggregated, de-identified data
  • No individual health information is shared

  • Customer support and communications

All providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
